Tandem Ring Slings
Ring slings are a quick and easy way to get your baby up and down with ease. Tandem wearing with ring slings is an alternative to tandem hip carries with woven wraps.
- When wearing the rings on the front, note the placement of the rings. If you are breastfeeding, avoid areas that would place pressure on ducts to avoid any issues
- Pulling the tails in the direction that the fabric has been threaded through the rings will help keep the rings in place as you adjust and tighten (I.e. pull the top edge of the fabric towards the top of the sling, etc.)
- When wearing rings on the back, be sure to practice with one sling a few times (preferably with a doll or stuffed animal) to make it easier when you add your baby/babies to the mix
- Using a shoulder flip can help keep the slings from digging into your neck
