Summer is a great time to have oils on hand - from staying cool to soothing sunburns, from repelling bugs to taking care of bites when they happen, and from camping/hiking to backyard gardening fun essential oils are essential summer supplies. You'll be amazed to see how few oils you need to cover all the tasks at hand when out and about. Added bonus - your summertime oils don't time out when the season changes. They are the same oils you used in the winter and spring, and the same oils we'll talk about during the fall in a few months.
With busy summer schedules, it's clear private classes and one-on-one meetings are preferable to open/public classes. I do have two open classes planned right now for July and a very special event in August that you will want to mark your calendar for - another Oilholics Anonymous event!!
Current online class schedule:
Online 'post and read' - Monday July 13th at 7 pm (CST)
Online webinar - Thursday July 16th at 7 pm
Online webinar - Wednesday July 22 at 7 pm
Online 'post and read' - Tuesday July 28th at 8 pm
The 'post and read' events as well as the link to access the webinars can be found as links to my pinned post at my "The Essential Manatee" page on Facebook. If you don't use Facebook, send me an e-mail and I can send you the link to the webinar, which does NOT use Facebook as an interface.

Did You Know?
Citrus oils can cause photo-toxicity if applied undiluted to the skin as long as they are cold pressed from the rinds, which is how most citrus oils are obtained. So in these long sunny summer days, make sure if you put a citrus oil on your skin you wait 12 hours or more before exposing that skin to the sun. For added safety, please dilute the oil down to 25% or less oil.
The exception to this safety concern is the lime oil in the blend In Tune. doTERRA recognizes that this 'focus blend' will often be placed on the temples. And therefore the lime oil in the blend is steam distilled so that the photo-toxicity issue does not exist.
Oil Tip of the Month:
Correct-X is a first aid ointment that doTERRA added just under a year ago. This oil has replaced all other first aid ointments in our house wonderfully well. Not only do we find it works better, but the shelf life is longer and the smell is amazing. It also works in a pinch if your lips become severely chapped. We have on way too many occasions watched it help our bodies heal some pretty nasty cuts much quicker than we've healed in the past.
I love this product so much and feel so strongly that you should have this product in your house or first aid kit that I'm making it my July/August special with all enrollment orders of 200PV or more --or---with an enrollment order of 100PV and follow up 100PV order the next month.

I am super excited to announce that last month's epic 200PV promotion was extended to July 15th. So if you missed your chance last month or if you want to get another one to four sets of these amazing oils, you have until the 15th to do so!!! And if you are like me and need your oils to be properly labeled, I can provide you with color-coded labels for these special four.
Here is a quick run down on the oils. As you can see, they can all be used aromatically, topically, and internally.
