Workout Wednesday: Official Launch!

new year new start IG blastAs part of my New Year, New Start plan, I have decided that its time for me to get serious about taking care of my "Mind, Body, and Soul." There are SO many goals that I have acquired since becoming a mommy, but I've been giving it the same "I'll get to it soon" excuse for the last 18 months.The whole idea of "New Year, New Start" started off as a personal thing to be honest. There were SO many things that I was wanting and NEEDING to get done, but all I could do was drag my feet around!

SAD

For me, kicking these winter blues is the FIRST place for me to start. Some of you may have heard me mention SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) before. Let me tell you, it's never been SO hard for me to get out of bed before! And if it's raining you can probably forget about it! (And whether I've gotten my usual 4-6 hours of sleep or got lucky with more, it's the same thing!) What better time to take a stand and start getting back to being the "old me?" :D

Thanks to my newly embarked on journey to making some HUGE changes in our family's lifestyle, I am already feeling more energized, more focused and motivated. And I've noticed that I am eating more! (and I am the worlds WORST eater! or lack of eater... lol) The thing that blows my mind is that it's only been about a full week in and I am ALREADY seeing results! I feel like a whole new person! And each week for WORKOUT WEDNESDAY, I will be sharing with you the key things that I found useful in helping me make a smooth and ENJOYABLE transition to bettering ourselves inside and out!

This weeks spotlights include: HOW ESSENTIAL OILS CAN PLAY A ROLE IN YOUR WORKOUT!
